I rode over to my sons Cub Scout meeting. Then to Ace Hardware for some paint so we could build his pinewood derby car.

Just needed some asphalt therapy and since it was a balmy 27F in Reno, it seemed like the perfect time.

Just cruised around today for a little over an hour.  Had sun, no wind and 47 degrees.  Supposed to be the same the next 5 days before the next snow is due in so going to ride while I can.  Didn't see another bike today, guess everyone is watching the playoffs.

It was a balmy -10 here today with a light ice fog in another 3+ months the roads will again be clear enough to ride.  I spent yesterday working on a new trailer hitch for the wheeler and changing flat tires.  how I hate nailers that end up in the road.

Today I rode in to work and for some reason there was an extra bite in the air. Maybe there was more moisture or something. Weather.com posted a 20% chance of rain, but I doubt we'll see anything. I can't wait until my right glove comes back from Gerbing so my fingers aren't feeling the pain of the cold anymore.

So, you're riding around with only your left glove on? That sounds uncomfortable.

So, you're riding around with only your left glove on? That sounds uncomfortable. 

No.  I have one of old bulky, winter riding gloves on the right hand.  The left one is still cozy warm.   I tried calling Gerbing earlier to get an update and it said the wait time was less than 8 minutes.  After about 22 minutes I gave up and will try again tomorrow morning.

I was riding with my slightly bulky winter gloves this morning. Pretty chilly, but we have some guaranteed rain in the forecast for the next few days and I had to ride. It was looking like the rain might come early so I left the bike at home after lunch to be on the safe side. Wouldn't you know it: the sun came out and the sky is now clear!

Out for a short ride to do errands today.  Was cool (in the 40's) and cloudy.  Felt colder than it was, but still good to be on the bike instead of the cage.  No other bikes seen on the road.

Raining the next couple days here. Silver Lady is sleeping peacefully in the garage. I'm driving not-so-peacefully in a cage. Grrr.

i hear ya man, 100% chance of rain the next 2 days. what a drag. my riding will consist of me sitting on my bike and making engine noises with my mouth. HEHE
