A few pics from this weekend.
« on: Jun 12, 2016, 10:23:08 pm »
A few pics from my ride this weekend.
Started in Boise Idaho Friday morning. Went north up in to Montana then through the north entrance of Yellowstone

Headed north through Idaho

Gross

A little traffic jam in the park.

If your ever at old faithful be sure your stuff is secure.
The crows have learned that there are treasures to be had in the back of trucks and motorcycles.

The little buggers poked a hole through my mat and opened a zipper on my backpack and tried to steal my phone charger.
If you look close you can see the crow on the bike.

My view from the hotel room last night

In all alittle over 1000 miles in 3 days, felt good to stretch her legs on a log trip for the first time since purchasing her in February.

That's pretty impressive. Did you do it alone? What happened to the blue mat?

Smart bastards. My step-father had a crow as a pet when he was a kid. He said it was smart as hell and twice as mean. It bit his father so they killed it and cooked it. He said poor country folks will eat anything.

Yep, I seen a bunch of them going through the bed of peoples trucks.
Then about half way through the parking lot I seen one messing with someone's bike.
I scared it off his bike, thought about mine and just hopped it would be ok.

So now how doyou expect that crow to charge his phone?

      Nice pics!

Had a blast, I'm thinking some hard bags are in order for the next ride.
It's kind of a pain to strap everything down with the Yamaha rack.

Hoping next month I can do a run out to the coast.
I tried making it to Crescent City California on my old Honda shadow last year.
Came up a little short due to some rain storms, I didn't have any rain gear with me.

Great pics, perhaps a pellet gun would be in order for your next trip.  It's my understanding that crows don't like guns...  ;)
