Rox riser is one option but it won't get you very much pull back over stock.  Anything more than a couple inches is going to require new cables.

I have 2" ROX on and I probably get about 1 1/2" pullback and a little height. I need more though. Plus I have mine angled back as far as I can.

Hey Big Ed - A few years ago I went with Cruiser Performance Punisher 8x8 Handlebars (8" rise & 8" pullback).  I was told this is the furthest I could go without changing OEM cables and I believe this is correct.  I'm 6' 1" with pretty long arms and feel these are just right for me.  I'm wondering if your wife might find more comfortable with a 13" pullback?  Granted, this will require new cables but you might avoid buying 2 sets of bars.

      Best!

Cruiser Performance is no longer in business.  I had the 13" pull back but had to change to Pacific Coast Star to get what I wanted that was close to the Cruiser Performance bars after my Accident on 2 Dec 2016.
