I was having a hard time deciding; they're both really nice designs. But, I'll jump on the bandwagon and say #2.

Definitely option 2.  It shows off more of the bike.

I finally  had a chance to work on my rims.
I am aware that what I did will most likely cause some tears, maybe an outcry, and a definite sense of loss with all those who love chrome, but I could not help myself and had to do it. 

Here are some images of my aged rims.













I'm very happy with the outcome.
I'll have them back on the bike by the middle of the week.

The I'll move on to my luggage rack and possibly some floorboards.

I am a chrome whore from the word go but I have to admit that your rims look so bad ass especially knowing they will be on that incredible ride.  Awesome work Wolf...

I'm a chrome fan, but those will fit your bike like no other.  Your bike is one of a kind and those just make it more so.  Congratulations on following through with your theme.

I saw Capt's reply to this thread and thought .... what in the world would he have to say about Wolf's bike. It's been a while .... so I checked in and ... 

Being from the chrome-can-go party, I love it as well!!

What I like the most about your bike is that the theme is throughout!!
