You guys need to get the momentom going, like Ron & Greenwood, Mr.T, as once you focus on attending, and saving by putting money aside monthly, you look forward to it more............Remember, summer 2014.

June 2014, to take in the rally in Germany, as well as Holland, maybe a little bit of France and Belgium.

Someone needs to keep the focus going as a main contact in the US.

It will be a great trip for you guys and anyone that has never been out of the US before, it will be a complete change. Visiting 5 countries and 5 different lanquages will be something else for you guys.

What do you suppose it would cost to ship a Raider there? Not that Im going just wondering...probably quite a lot plus...how long in advance and then to get it back...them boats are pretty slow.

Bringing this back up.  Is anyone serious about this?  I was just talking to a bloke at the bar, and I brought this up to my wifey again, and we are serious.  We will be getting with the locals (Kev/Jan/Mick) over there soon to try to get some plans together.  This could very possibly be the "once in a lifetime trip".

Greenwood?  Flipper?  Roadkill?  Jim, I know you're retired and all, but what about you....anyone else contemplated it?

The wife and I are seriously looking at the finances. This would be our 30th wedding anniversary in April. May need to get a loan at the bank, but not out of the equation.

So, if we had $10,000.00 saved up for the trip we could do it. 2 bikes

4k for shipping + return
3k for flight + return
3k for fuel, food, hotels, and fun.

Does this sound about right.
