I must be missing a page from the download as the numbered component listing for the wiring diagram isn't present.  I don't know what a box number 12 is without a program.  The wiring diagram looks very strange to me or my eyes have finally gone south.

The key is a couple pages before the wiring diagram.  There are some blanks between them.  be careful to use the Raider key and diagram becasue they are different from the 'Liner.

Ah so, thanks for that bit of info.  I wouldn't have thought to scroll up to look for the listing.  Still, all in all it's a strange looking layout of the wiring.  I'm accustomed to having the head light and turn signals on the left of the diagram and then progressing through the bike and its wiring to the tail light as the components are wired.

This one is a little tough to decipher but I'll have to study it more closely.

It is actually laid out pretty well.  As you page through the manual you will find shaded diagrams showing you the starting circuit, lighting, etc.  Not too bad, really.

Does anyone have a different link to the service manual that Thunder posted on the first page?  I tried to go there, but McAfee is reporting the site as having a bad reputation and will not allow me to continue.  I'm at work, so I can't override.

Dang, I can't get to it either, I am going to upload my pdf for the manuel when I get home and perhaps it can be added for those of us that can't access Thunders link from work.

Anyone have any ideas of what would be reasonable to remove the cylinder and Helicoil it?

So, I clicked the link for the service manual and the page I'm looking for shows the Roadliner. I'm trying to find out the size Phillips bolt that holds the license frame to fender on both sides. I must have shaken one loose last week and lost it over a railroad track today. I have the one bolt. I'm hoping the dealer will have one, but would like to know the specs on the bolt so I can check prices online to compare. The fender is off and I'm hoping to get one tomorrow at the dealer. And yes, I will use blue Loctite on this one!

Does anyone have a link to a .pdf with just the Raider? Or anyone know the size of bolt? I'll bring the one that stayed on in to the dealer tomorrow am.

I'm also wondering if anyone else with the Kuraykyn sub fender mount has a hint to keep the LED tail light from being so loose in the frame?

      Thanks!

just a guess but prolly a safe one... id say its either a m6 or m8 ... take up the slack in the taillight with some rubber washers on the mounting screws , that may help
Lean till it grinds , then lean some more ..
