These guys finally shipped the handlebars, but guess what? They shipped the wrong set!
These people are on drugs I ain't kidding. I called and spoke with Quincy last week and the excuses continue.
I was promised they send the right set last Friday. Well, since now they decide to to take anymore phone calls, I've sent them numerous emails and not a friggin response.

We're talking about an order dating back to July. Any possible way to take some legal action against them?

I don't think you can take legal action against them but you sure as hell can get a full refund and get as far away from them as you can.

ask for refund. no expception, no excuse, just refund money.
if you continue to wait or agree to more delay, it only hassle for you. they have money, dont look care the customer.
to many more copany have handlebar to put your time with bad company, just my thinking

That's what I'll do. I just have to communicate it to them via email, hopefully I'll get a response from them sometime before Christmas.

These guys are really pissing me off, I canceled my order with Quincy when I was able to find my bars through Phat Performance.  I get my credit card bill today and I was chaged $255.00 Through Sinful Cycle Parts, whom I have no idea who they are.  I called the number listed for Sinful and low and behold I get the answering machine for Cruiser Performance.  The thing that really pissed me off is that the charge was dated over 2 weeks after I had cancelled the order and it has now been over 5 weeks since that charge and I don't have any product for it.  I have called my bank and started the dispute process and I know I will get the money back but it just jacks my jaw that Cruiser Performance would do that.

Finally,

I got an email from Brian today at around 6:30 pm, with my handlebar shipment and tracking information.

I will need as many pointers as I can get some of you who've done this already. I have the cables but I don't think it includes the electrical cables. The cables you see in the attached pic is all I have.

You just use the stock electric wiring. Patience is your friend.

And just splice them somewhere if they're too short I'm guess right?

chalomalo I really hope you don't have the problems so many of us have had getting their bars, but  I would not hold my breath on getting them soon, if you even get them at all.  Cruiser Performance has a very nice product but for reasons unknown as a company with any kind of customer support they have gone to sh!t.  Good luck Brother...

You ordered these bars over 4.5 months ago?  You need to stop hoping and get a refund and go elsewhere for some bars my friend.

I already have the tracking number as they've been shipped as of today. By the time I get them, I will have two sets, the wrong set the arrived two and a half weeks ago, and the correct ones - so I hope.

We'll see, this ain't over that's fo sure.

You wont have to slice the wires they are plenty long enough
