I already have the tracking number as they've been shipped as of today. By the time I get them, I will have two sets, the wrong set the arrived two and a half weeks ago, and the correct ones - so I hope.

We'll see, this ain't over that's fo sure.

To save yourself some aggravation take off your old bars first and install your new one bolt them up before running wiring to make sure that they bolt up correctly. They have sent out sets to others that dont fit the Raider.

Echo.. I have a set that dont fit. Like you I got a tracking number friday. I got the CPH1700. Those are chrome so if I get yours or you get mine.. ......

Finally found a Punisher 13" pb handle bar after much searching on ebay.  Problem is that it is black.  Need chrome so it is off to the chrome plate shop.  Wondering if it is better to strip the powder coat off myself or just have the plate guys do it. 
The welds need to be ground and polished prior to plating as well.  Does anyone know if the Gasket Remover spray that is used to chemically strip powdercoat will cause any problem for the plating process?

If you want them to guarantee it, let them do everything. Make sure they fit your bike before you send them off.

Guess What Budaman,

First off, I'm still waiting for the right handlebar set to come, but in the mean time, I decide to start prepping up getting it to where I can easily test if the right hadlebar set will fit or not. In the process, I decide to test the wrong hadlebar set I mention getting - I'm thinking, I'll have two sets by the time the right set come in. Well, I'm really gonna have to count on that set to be correct cuz even if I wanted to settle for the wrong set, I couldn't - they are way off like between 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.

I'm not surprised, I really don't understand how these guys are making so many mistakes. I dont care what kind of crap that is going on with there lifes. Suck it up and run a business or close the doors.

I'm not gonna sweat it if the same thing happens with the correct set that yet to arrive. I'm jusnt gonna ask for a refund and start looking else where. I have no clue where to start looking for what I want - kind of a like mini apes.

I know what I'm gonna do in the mean time. I'll put the same stock bars on, but since I have the risers off, I'll go to a machine shop so I can have spacers built - 2" maybe, untill I find the bars I want. Or maybe not, I just noticed the studs on the risers the bolt onto the tripple tree are barely 2" long.

I feel very lucky that my second set did fit and I should get her back today.  If I ever need new bars again I will be going to PCS to get them, they have the closest to what I currently have.

These bars from LA Choppers are similar to the ones I'm getting. I'm not sure, but I think they're for Harleys only. I'll try to find out if I can get them for the Raider - Just in case.

Morning all,

I finally got my bars from Crui Perfnce. I was stepping out the door and the UPS guy's walking towards me with this long box so I knew it was my bars.

First off I check to see that they have the correct width which they do - 4.5 " apart.

Then I mount them on to just double check, and I guess that's what I'll be doing today. Check out a couple of pics.
