Nice looking bars, seems like quite a project.   Probably shouldn't rub it in but I just got a set of Avon's from MotoXoutlet.com in Utah for $336 (includes the $25 for shipping to Oregon), got tires in 4 days.   Hope to see ya at WARR again this year Chalomalo, always good to have some USA GI muscle around especially when our friends to the North get onery , buy ya a drink with the money I saved if they got a watering hole where we're going.

Phalcun, that's even cheaper than my deal, but you know what? You done it now, you rubbed it in and my thirst for that drink is gonna grow exponentially. I'm thinking the $37 you saved on your deal may just be enough to quench my thirst for some Blue Moons yes?  :poke:

Just kidding, Congrats on the bargain and hope to see you in Wyoming.

Was he looking into some sort of deal like what Roadkill managed for us last year?

One of the rides I'm really looking forward to on the way to WARR is the Beartooth Pass (9,000 + ft).  Of course memories of last year stopped at a construction delay on the highway in California where it was 110 degrees with no shade makes one think that these WARR tours in June requier a pair of shorts and a T shirt.

Jut so that you hav some appropriate clothing for the ride you may want to watch this video of Beartooth from June 10th 2011

Sorry guys, the licensing laws changed in the State of Washington to where the State does very limited testing and has turned the bulk of it over to the driving schools now. I have been extra busy with that and another new location. Here's the preliminary schedule i have for now, but have not booked any hotel rooms yet:

June 15 ride to Glacier Nat. Park (We might actually leave on June 14th)
June 16-17 Tour Glacier Nat. Park
June 18 Ride Grand Tetons Nat. Park
June 19-20 Tour Yellowstone Nat. Park
June 21-23 Rally Jackson Hole Wy.

WARR 2014 Grand Canyon???

Dan, I will be doing that this week and will post info when I get it. Again, I apologize, it has been a crazy time thru the holidays.

RSR - hey man if your busy I'll be glad to check out accommodations.  I did the same chore for the helicopter company I worked for when we attended confrences and conventions.  Just let me know.  I was figuring the first choice was a Super8 just on the south side of Jackson Hole.

YES!!!

Believe it or not, even though I live in AZ I have never been to the Grand Canyon.  This would be an awesome way to check it out.

Due to health reasons at the end of the year I will be unable to make it to WARR 2013 as I will not have enough leave saved up to be able to make the trip.  I really wanted to see Yellowstone and to meet everyone going.  2014 at Grand Canyon if it goes there would be perfect, I have been to the Big Ditch and it is awesome.  Have a great time this year and take plenty of pics and most of all stay safe.

Bill- You used the lack of vacation excuse last year.  Go put in some overtime and build up some comp days.

Dan It's not an excuse so please don't go where you have no knowledge.  Also I did not get my bike when I was told I might get it in time to make WARR 2012, hell I didn't get it until Aug.  As for overtime I would love nothing more but we have no overtime and I refuse to pay the government so I can work to build up comp time.

Wish I could make this one. My niece is getting married this same weekend. Have fun and I'm already looking forward to pics.
