So you traded/sold the Street Glide? Seems to be more people going to the shark nose from the batwing and a reason why I need to spend more time on a RG to check it out. I like the batwing dash layout but do need to look into more time on a RG. Would like to see a pic if you have time.

I've been hearing good info about  fuelmotousa and the TW-7H cam produces some good power. Toss up between the 7H and Andrews.

Enjoy the HD but...when going over your pro&con list...my Raider is NOWHERE near 4200 at 85mph....3400 tops...4200 in 4th gear maybe. I set my cruise at 80mph on way to work and it's at 3100...just sayin.

Very interesting write-up.  I can honestly say that all of your cons against the HD are very important to me and all of the pros for the HD really don't matter to me.  I don't want to ride 270 miles between stops; I don't like to ride 85mph and love the feel, tone and torque of the Raider at 70mph; I like the handling of the Raider in the twisties as I don't like a bike to be too quick to respond (would like a touch more ground clearance though); love my accessories (I made it my own).

If you're happy though, I'm happy for you and after your write-up, I'm even more convinced the Raider is the sled for me. Thanks.

Ken- A Road Glide wouldn't be my choice, but if you're happy, that's all that matters.  Enjoy and ride safe!!!
