Avon Cobra 250/40/18 Tire

I have a new Avon Cobra Tire.  Size is 250/40/18.  It looks new.  no signs of ever being installed or driven on road.  Just no "sticker" on it.  Was given to me when purchasing bike.  I was goingto try and put it on but was happy with the 240 tire already on there and choose to stay with that size.   Best price I found new was $221, so i think $150 for the tire is a fair price.  Can take paypal.
