I'm looking to change from the PCV to the PowrPro. Where is the best place to buy and how can I ensure I get the most current generation/version?

Why did you switch? I'm switching because I don't want to go through the hassle with the o2 bung on my V&H 2-1.

I just like being able to do my own tuning. I'm not knocking the powerpro, just wasn't for me.

Getting back to the OP's topic, I don't think Cobra is putting out the Gen2 version yet for retail (I got mine under warranty directly thru Cobra).. The cheapest I have seen them go for is about 475.. I myself shop thru dennis kirk 95% of the time due to their excellent customer service.

If you want to save some cash don't forget to check out Dennis kirks outlet online shop.  They have some awesome deals in there.  I saw a PCV in there for $100 back when the outlet was brick and mortor.  All that was wrong with it was the packaging.  If a helmet gets a scratch...it goes to the outlet.  People I know who used to work there used to intentionally scratch a part just so they could go to the outlet and buy it later.  I grew up a baseball throw from their HQ and warehouse.
