OK.... here's the reader digest version of what happened.


We had 7 ROM nominees of which 5 were "seconded".   
As a member of this site I chose to "second" brainsalad.
With 6 "seconds" I closed the nomination process and started the voting 2 days later. 

During that time I received several PM's from Bill stating that as an admin I had no right to chose brainsalad over him.  I told him that as a "member" I reserve the right to nominate/second like anyone else. 

Now.... again, that's the readers digest of what happened.

He requested that his profile be deleted.........

That sucks. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and he'll be back? It doesn't seem like Bill to get that upset over not being in the running for ROM.

I saw that Bill was nominated but when it did not get seconded I assume Bill wanted to wait till he got his bike back. We need that man back he is the only one that post around here except AriesX  now that he is a moderator he wont talk to us anymore.

Are you kidding?  I'll still post.  This forum helps my day at work from being so boring.  I get my work done, but I still have to keep checking here for something interesting.

He may have felt that you closed it to soon...before someone could second him....IMO....Either way thats weird for Bill

If he was going to decline anyway, what's the BFD? So, Bill took his "toy" and went home because you seconded brainsalad over him for ROM. As Fj_Ohio said, "moving on."
