Just shouting out "Hey - what up?" to the owner of the Red Raider w/VH 2-1 pipes I saw today parked at the road construction site on Rock Creek/Potomac Pkwy in Washington DC.  I noticed because the bike was prominently parked in the zone, standing out and looking good!

I'm working in VA and am desperately missing my bike....sigh...returning home in Dec - hopefully to some rideable weather.

Ride safe brother - it's a cager's jungle here in DC!

Sounds like you've already investigated the possibility of renting a non HD in the area.  I've never heard of anyone renting anything other than a HD.  Sending PM

The only place I know that rents bikes is Eagle Riders in Chantilly. Never done any business with them though.

Appreciate the responses.  Yeah - I saw the Eagle's HD rentals website...last time I rented an HD, it was the most uncomfortable bike I'd ever ridden (RoadKing).  The Heritage Softail wasn't too bad but both bikes were stock and gutless.
