I wonder if you could test it with an electric leaf blower. Like the one's that are integrated into the top of a shop vac. Technically should you be able to make a mock throttle body out of wood (just drill a hole in a 1x6 the same size as the throttle body. Use a wind meter to measure the wind speed out of the leaf blower then add the mock throttle body and add or subtract the difference.
Whether the ram air works or not its still hella cool!

work is almost done going to paint it all black ,powder coat maybe using tank sealer on the inside

So this is an actual working intake, right? I'm not a fan of the dual SACs on one side, but the fact that it works is cool none the less.
