Almost shed a tear today...

I hope who I saw isn't a member of this forum...if so...sorry for putting you on the spot, but I have to share this story.

Was in the southern highlands part of vegas today, and seen this wicked raider come rolling by. Blacked out with some nice graphics on the tank, black exhaust...I was like man that is a sweet a$$ raider! Waved at the guy who was an older man...long gray beard...could tell he'd seen a lot of miles on a bike. He waved back, and gave each others raiders another glance before moving on.

So anyway I was about to pull up beside him at a stop sign and let him know how much I liked his ride, but as I'm coming up on him....seen he's sporting a Harley Davidson jacket!! I was said to myself...what the hell man...spend money to trick out a raider but advertise Harley?

Oh well...anyway, that's my story.

Yes Must have CHROME LOTS OF CHROME      As for jacket  Yahama/Star  doesn't have a nice jacket . HD on other hand has some ,So So bikes.  But great Jackets ,tee shirts , boots , and jewerly.

My leather jacket is a Harley jacket but it has been debadged and the Raider patches will be put on.  HD makes some great jackets, I have never seen a decent Yamaha riding jacket unless you like wearing a sport bike jacket.  I don't ride a sport bike.  I will say that the gentleman showed very little respect for his Raider by wearing a badged Harley jacket.

Maybe he was trying to confuse others, like when they ask me what model of Harley my bike is and I just say Its a Harley Slayer.

HD is not the only outlet for leather jackets. Just get a jacket and badge it correctly :)

Good for him!  Maybe he's in the process of being de-programmed from the cult of the HD...

I've still got a really nice Harley coat gathering dust in the closet.  Luckily I grew out of it before I got my Raider so I wasn't doing the same thing as this guy.

 ;D ;D  When its not that cold i ride my bike with my orange work coat. ;D  It looks like somethin a hardly guy would wear because it is full of black stains from the rigs
