Very good bike.  Engine output is exactly the same as the HD 103.  The only complaints I've read about is the gearing, everyone says 1st is too short while 5th and 6th are too tall.  Since the Vaquero has a smaller chin fairing than the Voyager, you won't get the heat issues that that bike has.  Looks wise, it's awesome! Everything integrates seemlessly.

I looked long and hard at this bike before going with the HD road glide.  The deciding point for me was the extra range on the HD (about 50 miles), air cooled, and the 18" front wheel.  Picking between the two was a very hard decision though...

i was looking at the vaquero before i got the raider.  but obviously the 1900 won out   
they are a really good looking bike though

i made a mistake on trading my raider in for 2012 vaquero....bike runs too hot when fan comes on blows heat directly on rider .rode for wk end and brought bike back to dealer and got my raider back!!!  other than heat issues bike was comfortable and handled well in twisties..just couldnt take the heat from it.and if you thonk im bashing this bike go to vulcan forum and read for yourself.
