Either it is or.... AdamD gave Mo his User ID and password to this site, which is a bit scary because AdamD is an Admin.

Well who ever he is Where is he? Four pages since his original post - then no more input - Mo is not a member here - he's the Admin on the Stryker forum.
He should let us know the whys and hows - we're all adults here (Ok most of us -  ) how hard is it to explain.

I personally never liked V, and have yet to see anyone convert from one forum software to another without major upheaval in the member base.

That is a poll created by a forum member. 
I've seen nothing... one way or the other... that indicates whether the ownership will abide by any polls.

The pole is not official Jim, I created it to get the general consensous of the members and from the looks of it so far the vote is overwhelmingly against the change.  At this point I wish it were official because the forum is doing just fine the way it is.

Then why bother asking us?

It seems to me that an initiative was taken to see if we want to change… seems we do not…. whether the poll is official or unofficial the members have spoken. Now if the owners want to change it anyway I would suggest that next time just do what you want. Kind of rubs me the wrong way when someone asks my opinion but has no intension of taking it into consideration either way….

In any event, if people feel that strongly, they can get together and make any offer to buy the site. Conversely, copy all the important posts to MBF and move the discussions there. Its a slow forum.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, we may be ranting about something that may not happen.  The very first Post Mo says, "We are thinking about converting" and later goes on to say, "Take a look and tell me what you think."  I think that we are more then telling him what we think although I do wish he would come on and give us some feedback.  Hopefully all these posts will have some effect and our voices will be heard.

I know that..... A "member" created the poll for the "members".... the "members" voting so far want it to stay as is... As for making an offer to bye the site... As you can see from my tags... I have supported this site financially.... No idea who or what MBF is....and honestly don't care... This site runs fine the way it is and with the family it has.....

If Mo is the admin for the Stryker site why does he want to change Raider site first? Wouldnt you want to start with the site that has had some major issues in the last couple of weeks
