Sandals Made Specifically for Bikers

Not for me but if some of you folks that ride in shorts need this....


Safety was clearly the first and foremost objective as the Motor Sandal features a fiberglass reinforced sole, gear shifter protector, heat resistant rubber, toe bumper and fluorescent rear strap, which is also removable in case you want to make them into slippers.

I'll pass, but I know a co-worker who keeps making noise about getting an electriic motorcycle that would probably be all over these. 

In fact, I just forwarded it to him and he seemed okay with them except he's not sure there's enough protection there to shift.  He seems to think it takes a lot of force to shift.

Hahaha.  Love that they protect the toe for shifting but what if you go down idiot?!?!?!  Let that foot slide along the pavement and let's see how smart these really are.

Im also sure that taking a rock or something to the top of your bare foot at 75 mph must be freaking exquisite.

As bad as I have been tempted to ride my bike in flip flops I still wont, let alone wear those ugly a$$ sandals.!!!!!

I actually see sandles/flip flops and shorts quite often in AZ. I always wear long pants, boots and full gear.
