RSR home page changes?

Were there some changes made to the home page?  Fewer recent posts are showing up (not good for participation) and it looks bad...kinda like their making room for dreaded ads.

I noticed the same thing several days ago and thought it was a one off.  But, guess not.  Does make it faster to go through the posts however.  But, don't stay on the site as long as I use to.

I usually just go to the active topics but it has changed... Yay ads!

I've noticed that as well....oh well what can you do.

I  make good use of the "unread posts" and "new replies" links in the upper right.  Fewer ads to mess with.  When I'm done with that I go to the home page to look at the new pics, new members list, etc.

Things are changing little by little.  I guess they think we will not notice, for me I didn't notice because I also go straight to the Active Topics so I don't ever scroll down to see the Recent Posts.  But there has got to be a reason for the shortening of the list.

It appears they also add "Our Partners" under the Map... down the left side.  If you <click> on the little - (minus sign) it will shrink down that section to where you won't see anything.

These "little changes are starting to p___ me off"  If they are going to revamp the site just tell us so we can leave and start a new one.  Sick of this cloak and dagger crap.

I'm seeing a ton of recent posts on the main page. 

For the most part I tend to just use the Active Topics link. I can get caught up much quicker that way. Especially when I've been away from the forum all weekend.

Has anyone noticed the Add they have on the left . It covers up the Show on the new replies . And up above that it covers up the whole word only shows unread post since last visit.
Or is that just my computer
