I'm just waiting to talk to the dealer today and see how much they charge for such a thing. It a new Slave cylinder is only $68, then I'll definitely just replace the whole thing. it would be so much easier. I may give this a go. The downside to me doing it is I have to wait for parts, but for all I know is the dealer will too.
Dealer opens at 10am, but I have a tool and some software to test at 10am, so I'll have to call after my testing.
