Where did you place the led to get it to light up like that?
I placed it under the horizontal shining down right at the 90* bend.

There's no chance it could come loose and end up in the belt/wheel/CRASH,  is there?

I have some stuck to the underside of my vinyl-covered saddlebags and haven't had an issue, but it was something I was concerned about at first.

The 3M tape does a pretty good job as long as the surface is good and clean. I had one on the stock guard for over 2 years, used a glue gun to hold excess wire in the bend of the guard.

I pretty much figured.  3M does do amazing things.
