Raider S scale model
« on: Dec 15, 2012, 05:50:01 pm »
Toys R Us has a set of 3 die cast motorcycles that includes the 2011 Raider S in Glacier Blue.  Best bike in the best year and best color!

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12776851

Set also includes BMW R1200C which I believe is BMW's only true cruiser which appeared in a James Bond movie, and Kawasaki KDX220 which is a dirt bike I don't know much about.  You can buy in the store or online at the same price.

I think having the die cast model on my desk may help me get through the winter.

My grandson... who's still baking in the oven... has yet another Christmas present coming.

    Thanks!

I think SLK just found another Christmas present for his son-in-law, grandson, and even himself.

Really cool, they should make them in all the colors, they would sell like hot cakes.  I guess you could always find someone that does airbrush and have it painted.  I am defintely taking a trip to Toys-R-Us tomorrow and check them out.

Now we gotta find tiny plastic Cobra Swepts and .240s for the rear. The desktop mods begin! Haha...

Highwayman, I don't know about that, but there is a company in Australia that sells a die cast Raider S in Raven.

Not sure, but at first glance, appears to be the same model as the Toys R Us model except for the color.  Problem is they have a minimum order and shipping from Australia is expensive.  If anyone wants to arrange a group buy of these, I would take one.

I sent them an e-mail asking about shipping, if I get a response I'll post it.
