Yesterday afternoon I installed the reflashed ECU, updated my PCV map and then took off riding. Put over 60 miles on. Not a ton, but needed to get home since Desiree would be getting home soon.

Well what did you think about it?

I reviewed in the Ivan thread.

Fair enough, I guess I can search through the multitude of Ivan threads to find it...  :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Changed brake pads again because the cheap ass ones I put on there were squealing like crazy, so I ended up buying OEM pads for both wheels. Last time I changed the pads I screwed up when compressing the pistons and one of them cocked at an angle and all my fluid ran out. This time I had all three pads changed in about 20 minutes. That's the way it's supposed to go.  I was just much more cautious compressing the pistons.   The old pads still had a lot of life left, but they're now in the trash.

I pulled the rear wheel off, taking it tomorrow to get balanced.  I developed a vibration above 70mph so think I spun a wheel weight off.

Will know tomorrow afternoon when I get to ride it.

Still need to change the PCV map to zero below 20% throttle as well.

I use the old pad and a c clamp to compress the pistons back in

I did the C-clamp with a small piece of wood that was thinner than the pad.  I actually put that piece of wood next to my toolbox so I have it next time.  The pads I was removing had too much pad on them to be able to use them. I needed something smaller.

After 6 years my old Yamaha Passing Lamps and Mount's looked like crap, so installed the new ones I had for over a year or more.

I'm not impressed with the quality of the chrome on Yamaha stuff >:(

Chrome on the bike seems good.  Chrome on the accessories can be hit or miss.

Had the rear tire balanced and put it back on and aligned.  Put the rear fender rack on also.

If I had some time I would go ride for awhile.
