Installed T-Brains air box mod last night

I'm getting ready to install mine as well.   How did it come out Scoob?
Pretty easy install-didnt have any problems. Unfortunately I dont think I will be able to take it for a ride anytime soon :snowing:

Finally corrected the throttle cables at the throttle body end. I had them switched but this time, I got access through the pressure regulator cover and bracket.

I did have to move the fuel tank - not completely though. Bottom line, problem solved. the throttle grip now rotates the correct way.

Scoob, I just installed my Shim kit and the tank seems to wobble a bit almost like it isnt sitting well. Does yours do that or is it very firmly in place?

Today, I polished my bike and rode. We had an awesome sunny day here in the south bay area.

It is true, it was like riding another bike. How sweet, all that hard work paid off. Looking back at what had to be done, it wasn't that difficult. It was me who made it difficult due to not having a handle on it. Oh well, I guess I'll know better if there's a next time.

Nope.  I've heard "meat", but not "skin".  I get it now.

    • You Tube of Freedom Performance exhaust on my Raider
Re: What do you do to your Raider today................

Got my Cobra Fi2000AT fuel processor installed. It lowered the idle and give quicker response to the throttle, almost caught me by surprise. Still have backfire on decel. I need to chech my exhaust connections and make sure there aren't any leaks. Anyone else still have backfire on decel and fixes? Running Freedom Performance Sharp Curve Radius pipes.

One thing that can be said about Harleys, 95% of them are still on the road today. The other 5% made it home. (Just playing ;o))
