    I got 8775 miles on the 240 O8O

I get around 11,000 miles on mine.  My service rep and I looked at my sales history and he was pretty amazed.

I have about 10,000 on my 240 and about 9000 on my Avon Front. Both are about shot, Im hoping they will make it the rest of the year and replace them next spring. A little disappointed with the Avon front, my stock Metz went 12,000 miles.

Serious?  I think I get about 17,000 on my front tires.

I think I get pretty decent mileage due to a lot of freeway miles and we have rubberized asphalt in Phoenix. I think it reduces wear on the tires.

My wife got even better on her Stryker.  I think she finally changed out her rear Bridgestone at pretty damn close to 20,000. She rides a lot less aggressively than I do though.

I think the roads that we ride (and how much we like the curves) has a lot to do with the mileage.  That and how much throttle used as well.  I got better mileage on the OEM Metzler front than I did my Avon Cobra front as well...but maybe I wasn't riding the same...little more experience with the bike and taking the curves faster (which with the Cobra was about 10-15 mph faster) due to the tires being more secure..
