« on: Jul 14, 2010, 11:20:03 am »
I need some ideas for new front turn signals on my bike since one of my stock ones was scratched by a careless individual who hasn't been identified at my house. I just want em to be visible and cool. help me out here guys, send me some links.

Custom Dynamics makes the very bright LED wrap around front blinkers that go on the fork tubes.  They do not have the correct size, but Brent (Bhodges) had some shims made so they will work.  Not inexpensive, but very impressive lights.  When they are on they are super bright...when they are off, you don't even know they are there.  Sorry, I use to have an upclose picture with them on, but can't seem to find it.  Mr. T also runs this set up.  Here is a picture of his.  He runs his as running lights too.  I just use them as blinkers.

I have rode with Mr. T a couple of times now and seen them first hand. I really like the look but they don't seem bright enough in the day time. I haven't seen them at night though.

I have the Custom Dyanmics LEDs.  At night, great....during the day, a little iffy.

Those are cool!  I went with these although now that I went with a new triple tree that isn't angled I might have to swap to the wrap arounds.  These are also from custom dynamics:

Problem with the wrap around lights is I don't think Brent has anymore of the spacers...

The kuryakyn small silver bullet lights are very bright!!  If you mount them under the headlight and not have them sticking out the side of the forks they look great.  I have tried the mirrors with the led lights on them and they work at night but during the day they just are not bright enough for me.  Good thing about silver bullets you can put different bezels on them to match your headlight.

As of right now I know that the spacers are not going to be made that I know of.  Maybe if there is a bunch of us that want the wrap around LED we could get Brent to make some more spacers??? Just a thought I to am one that would really like at set of the wrap around LEDs for the fork tubes...
