Porting and polishing

Ya prior to running it up to the 120ci and No2. I'm gonna do the other stuff, get it dynoed and see where I'm at.

You can use Millenium for the bore and replate for like $240 per jug, PR has the piston kit with hardware for $350 or so, another $100 for the gaskets from Tejas and there ya go, $900 there about.  Or just get the PR kit done for $1100. 

 Pull your valves and polish them, do a valve grind compound and drill spin them for a good seat, clean up the head ports a little, you should be good to go against most any cruiser on the road.

I'm getting close to needing the valves done anyway for normal servicing. That might be a good time to do it.

I plan on getting a PC5 cause the cobra unit I have is a turd. And I did want the porting and polishing done to the heads, rear manifold and the t-bodies anyways. I figure those combined with a turbo and those cams should get me a "few" more ponies.
 
I myself would just pay to have all that done I know in theory how its done but to do it myself I would probably do more harm then good to my engine plus if I have it all done by say Tejas I know the work will be done right and the quality will be excellent.
