Touch up paint - Glacier blue? ...Clear coating?
« on: Nov 18, 2012, 02:37:21 pm »
Does Yamaha put out touch up pens or kits? Can't find it on their web site anywhere.
Took off the passenger seat today and there were a couple of paint chips down to the metal. Looks like they cranked the seat bracket bolts to hard or something.
I am installing a fender rack, so it's mostly hidden, but I'd still like to protect the metal.
Any tips on clear coating after the color?
TIA!
-Tom

Yup, that's the place.  The website will tell you if there is a clear coat required to complete the finish.
