So for those of you who have wired in an amp into your fairing, what did you do for power, ground and making it still quick disconnect.  Specifically using the clarion 4x50

I'm discovering that if I set the EQ the way I think works best for the 6x9s, there isn't enough volume to hear at speed.

Hey Dave. I already have the clarion in the garage. I'm just curious how others wired their amps.  Specifically to make it quick disconnect like the Tsukayu harness.

The Tsukayu harness had extra spots for power and ground inside but I am skeptical that I need bigger wire.

I got ya bro... how big is the wire on the harness ? 12-14gauge would be fine for that size amp

      I just used spade connectors.

Hope the following makes sense to explain how I attempted to run/hide the wiring.

Drilled a hole in the bottom of the faring above the headlight (left side) to hide it. Not out the front like the radio power. Left enough slack to be able to fish it thru the silver cable/wire hooks on the trees, while putting the faring on the brackets. Used split wire loom to cover the exposed wires between the faring and the tank, secured with small zip ties. And simple electrical tape at the connection. Been this way for about two years now. Have had no issues so far.

Also alternated the male-female for the ground and power.

I ended up running it with the extra connections the Tsukayu harness had. So far no issues and a much improved sound.
