Well I am only talking about your luck with Kury, you seem to have horrible luck with their stuff.  I'm pretty sure I would dislike them also if my Kury stuff did what yours did.  Thankfully all mine is as shiny as the day I got it.  Time will tell on the grips, I have only had them for a few months but they are coming off this weekend.

I have only put 1 set on since I have had the bike, the ISO's, I had it built with the Supreme Legends.  As for the glue, acetone breaks the grip free...  ;)  The Supreme Legends have set screws for the left grip, no glue needed...  ;D

I always wondered why they don't make them fit into the control box with a groove so they can lock in place. A couple notches and clamp in in usin f the switch housing.

The throttle side is like that isn't it, just not the clutch side?

Correct, you disconnect the throttle cables and pull the grip off. I always thought they should design one that will do the same thing for the clutch side. Nomglue, or BS. Easy on off.

The Supreme Legends are very easy on and off, just two set screws that hold the left grip in place, no glue is needed.  Very secure also, in the 2.5 years I had them on no slippage at all.

I used Gorilla glue on my Avon, was paranoid a while for not using enough but it holds up fine.  That stuff didn't hold up worth a damn for gluing the bumpstops on for my Avon pegs so I had to opt the Krazy glue route; rubber to metal.  Inaugural ride pending there!

I've used Gorilla glue in the past, when that stuff dries it's like brown shiny concrete.

Compressed air or WD-40 works well too.

I used that to get the stock ones off, but it would be different with aftermarket being you couldn't pull the end and access it from the end.

Damn Professor, you make it sound like it can't be done, many here have done it and with the ISO grips the rubber sticking through the plastic holes allows very easy penetration of the WD-40 or the acetone.
