You might get the dealer to order you one - wouldn't even want to guess how much that would cost but you'd probably have better luck just going to a locksmith

It would be on his dime to replace it...  ;)

Bought my spare off eBay and took it to my local hardware store and they cut it for a $1.

Do you have a quick release windshield- if you do when you get the key cut, have them cut the ignition on one side and the windshield on the other - this eliminates carrying two keys.

If you have a good locksmith around, he'll probably just be able to make one for you.  I went to a local guy, gave him my key, and he made one for me.  It does not have the plastic head on it, but that's good for me because I carry it with me in case something funny happens...like what happened to the Dreaded one.

      I bought mine from: http://mysecuritypro.com/motorcycle.aspx

$2.45 each...bought 6, had 1 cut at time by hand at the hardware store. Once we had a good copy had him cut the rest of the good blank.
I netted 4 good keys out of the batch.

$3 for 2 keys on eBay.  Took about 4 weeks for them to come.  Our local home hardware cuts keys for free... whether you bought them there or not.  So.....  $6 for 4 keys and free cutting.  Life is good.
