Danmoto Exhaust for $100 on Amazon

I know many of you have never heard of Danmoto exhaust but their full exhaust for the Raider just dropped from over $200 on most sites to $100 on Amazon.

I don't know if they're any good but for $100 (free shipping) it may be worth looking at.  There is a YouTube video on them as well:

Thanks for the heads-up! I realize they must be about the thinnest exhaust out there for them to be able to sell so cheaply, but for $100 I'm tempted just to try it for a year.

They have the same exhaust for the Stryker for the same price.  I'm letting my son know.

I just poked around a bit and most people seem generally happy with them. I read that installation can be a bit rough and you may have to make some slight mods to get them to fit correctly, but that may just be on the specific bike they were on too.

I agree it seems too low of a cost to be a quality exhaust but other sites are asking $279 for the same set. 

I currently have the cobra swept in black and really like them except they can scrape if you lean a little too much.

The DanMoto site has them listed for something like $101.

I have Cobra Swepts (chrome) as well and that scrape is just a badge of honor.

I bought it when it was down to 150.  I have a few miles on it, it seems like fine stuff for the price.  No heat shields, so watch out. And the header flanges are thinner than I prefer but they're ok. Fitment and general quality I think is pretty decent. I switched back to the FP curves because I really bought the Danmotos to chop and fab my own muffler for it.  So they're awaiting the wrath of the band saw.

They do turn a nice burnished bronze color after being heated up.

So it sounds like these would be good if you wanted to wrap them.

I got mine at 100 (thank you, mmulzer!!).  Only stainless was available, but it looks pretty nice.  I currently have black Cobra sweepers on it, and have not yet fitted the Danmoto.  I think I am going to wrap it since it has no heat shielding.
