Bolt replacement on forks
« on: Apr 17, 2020, 06:50:14 am »
Hey all,
I just recently got my first Raider!
The bike came with a Yamaha wind screen that I never plan on using. When I removed the brackets, I am left with the ugly machined recess for the holes.
Pics on google show what looks to be a bolt in the space with some sort of decorative rounded bolt cover. Any thoughts on finding/replicating them?
Thank you!  :raider:

This is the original bolt. It's M8 mm and the thread and shaft are 35mm long. Overall length is 40mm
