« on: Jun 09, 2020, 06:53:13 pm »
Hi,
Quick question for the seasoned raider owners: how do you install the lower belt guard rivet?
Thx

    Thinking you'll need a jack

Yeah, the frame/swingarm is kinda in the way. Was looking for a less painful way, and I don't have a jack

I have used some 2x4s under frame.

      Much easier with a helper.

Stack some lumber under right frame just below the frame tube, then tilt the bike to the right until it contacts the lumber, then carefully lean it onto the lumber until wheel is off the ground and have your assistant slide and equal height stack under the left frame tube.

Just make sure not to say "Here! Hold my beer." beforehand.
