Hope it didn't create a bad situation for you. I almost want to think that the bolt had a manufacturers defect in it because a good bolt should outlast dang near any part on the bike.

I broke mine from tipping my bike over.  I ordered new bolt and in mean time I removed threaded part of bolt from frame, drilled hole through what was left of the other part of bolt and held in in place with an ordinary bolt so I could keep riding, my bolt broke off flush so I was able to do that.

Wow!  Glad nothing serious happened as a result.  More front brake, less back brake.  Safer and the bolt will last a lifetime.  :D

Glad you weren't hurt.  I can't say I ever had that issue with any of my Raiders.

Just curious... Are you from AZ? And WELCOME to the forum.

So Im not a technical guy at all , mine broke off, is it hard to tap it out or is there another way to get my baby back on the road?
where did you order the bolt from? would it be easier to replace the whole bracket attachment ?
