Crash / engine bars

These bars came on my bike. I would like to remove it. My question is... the spacer that’s behind the other bolt on the peg mounts, do I need to put a spacer in place of the bar plate or do I remove the one that’s there?

    Remove the spacer - it's only there for the bar mount

    Whatcha gonna do with the bars?
